Julia Peloso-Barnes - FOUNDER/CEO - SR. WEALTH MANAGER
Julia started her financial planning career more than 30 years ago. Along the way she earned her MBA from NYU and is a CFP® (CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™) professional. Julia’s passion has always been helping her clients seek empowerment through collaborative problem solving.
Julia excels at understanding her clients’ needs and focusing her efforts on developing solutions tailored to meeting those needs. Her approach is solution based, not product focused.
With a “planner first” attitude, she leads Prism with an organic, compassionate and transparent focus.

Brianna Skorvanek - ASSOCIATE ADVISOR
After graduating from the University of Connecticut, Brianna's first job was as a personal physical trainer. She attributes her success in the financial field to the values she learned during her first career - wellness is of course physical but it is also mental.
Recognizing this understanding of people's behaviors and patterns, she realized that the most influential way she could help people achieve wellness is through financial freedom.

Max Robinson - FINANCIAL PLANNING ANALYST
Max was an English major before discovering the Personal Financial Planning degree program at Utah Valley University. He unearthed a particular interest in Estate and Retirement Planning, two of five possible focus areas.
Believing that the right guidance and resources can mean it is never too late to start planning for the future, Max enjoys helping people build their confidence in taking control of their financial future.
- His free time is spent playing guitar and exploring landscape photography
- He has skydived over Canyonlands National Park in southern Utah
Sharon Masse - ADMIN/OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
Sharon has worked in both Operations and Admin/Client Service in financial services since 1999. After more than twenty years with large firms she is excited to bring her deep knowledge and commitment to exceptional client service to Prism and its clients.
Understanding it’s the little things that make the difference, Sharon focuses on anticipating any and all operational needs of both clients and the business. She knows that ensuring everything administrative and operational running smoothly is a significant factor in fulfilling Prism’s mission of ensuring clients feel well-cared for, informed and secure.

Naoka Russo - CURATOR OF THE PRISM PROMISE
Child actor who brings her creativity to financial planning. Naoka is our in-house baker and artist extraordinaire. She ensures each of our clients knows we are thinking of them throughout the year with creative gifts and home-baked treats.
Naoka grew up in Westchester and is the mother of three children. She began working with Julia as a college intern more than 20 years ago, and shares Julia’s belief that forming deep connections with clients is critical as Prism seeks to make a positive difference in their lives.
