Estate Planning

Estate planning is the process of deciding how your assets and care will be handled when you die or become incapacitated.  Everyone has an Estate Plan; if you haven’t written yours, the state government has written it for you.  If you want to have a say on who does what, or gets what, use our resources to help you be the one to make decisions about providing for the people closest to you when you die or become incapacitated.
